
Meditation and Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously through guided meditation. It is one of the most effective processes for rejuvenation of the body and soul. Yoga Nidra meditation is offered individually in person or by SKYPE, as well as for groups. Individual sessions are $50.00 or $240.00 for five sessions (recommended when working on something specific like insomnia or illness).
